Some might think law firms have a certain stigma but Solicis is unlike other law firms I have worked for, so best to keep those pre-conceived notions at the door. Management is very supportive and actively try to resolve the challenges. Management is open to listening but for that one has to reach out instead of whining and criticizing the firm and its management. Remember, If you don't ask you don't get it!! (Reach OUT, Seek HELP, if you really want it!!) However, Management can review some employees. Some have been there for too long and just don't care about firm, clients, people or job anymore....Read More
