Terrible work life balance. You will be given more responsibilities if you’re good worker but not the right rewards or salary hikes. As a lead you need to available 24 hrs as your will work 24 hrs in rotational shifts.

As a lead, you are responsible for the team performance from productivity to qulaity. Since you are team on roational shift for 24 hours. ypur availability reqyures all day and night through phone and work timings become burden.

Lot of the positive things is there but some of the negatives also be there.. one is the Take home salary is low comparing with CTC.. which added many tax deduction,bonus, etc.. also the appraisal percentage is applied in lowest ratio. Still required a good training plan for the new joinee.
