My experience at Sogefi was excellent. A good working environment with great exposure to wide range of products, processes & machinery. A very good management at Sogefi Group. Overall experience was great.

Factory being in a remote location facilities such as bus/cab transportation needs to be provided.

teammates support and opportunity to learn in difficult situations.

Dislikes

organization in India do not have any vision and long term strategies. There is absolute lack of respect between peoples and abusive language is common seen. There is no respect of knowledge and no job security. There are issues with integrity issue on management level. Not a good company to a honest and hard working person. You can enjoy if you can cheat peoples and play good politics.
