I am working here for the past 10+ years, and this is the place where you can feel/enjoy the "Work-Life" balance, compare to other companies. 1. I have been working for this company for more than 5+ years. It is a US-based company. 2. On time salary. No delays. 3. Employees are allowed to learn new skills. 4. The salary and appraisal cycle are similar like to MNCs. 5. The company brought me B1 visa, which allowed me to travel to the united states and participate in many business conferences.
