Nothing ,,, salary is the only thing that motivates employee to work in softtek

Dislikes

No learning moreover no projects in company they simply adopt hire and fire policy

Work Details

Work life good as there is no work if u want to just enjoy sitting idle and getting salary then Sofftek is best for u but there is no job security as there are no projects in company

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
