I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work culture and job security for technical staff is very good They don't do layoff no termination as far as I know They except rehiring even if you left the company

Dislikes

Almost No promotion and very low salary They hire for very less pay and don't give good increment and carier growth is very bad Can learn many products but those are not high demanding Can't get good opportunity in other company because you can't develop skills on high demanding software
