Work Details

I'm working at HDFC bank (Onsite) in IT team. Provides security support for network security devices such as Firewall, Proxy and SFTP server. It's an oprational work on mentioned devices that is troubleshooting, resolve the user issues.

The most satisfactory thing about softcell technologies is Job security. Another aspect is it is a good company for freshers only.

The compensation as per the work done is way too low. Even if you work for 12-14 hours a day you will never receive any appreciation from your manager. The appraisal for the year is totally depend on mood of your manager or his good relation with you. Even after giving your best efforts you will go unnoticed. Also there is not job training for freshers you have go directly on work. They hire mostly unskilled people which affects your daily activities and you'll receive more work burden because of them....Read More
