We work like a startup so its always a challenging environment to work as you have a lot of responsibility in hand as compared to a employee in a MNC which sometimes may get overwhelming but i personally believe this will pave for a better growth when you are in early stage of your career.

Don't trust this kind of organisation at all. You will be trapped with there words. The recruiter of such an pathetic organization could not even provide offer letter before hand. DO NOT TRUST THERE RECRUITER AT ALL. Being front face of organisation they don't know how to talk with candidates. They will play blame game with you. If you call them for the feedback they will tell you that this is unprofessional behaviour of yours and even they don't bother to give you feedback. Recruiter dont know end to end recruitment process. I am very thankful they have recalled my offer and I would have regretted my decision. In a company where a candidate can't ask for an offer letter, how can I survive in such an organisation. So beware to join such organisation....Read More
