It is a good company to work with. The best part is AI department is in a growing phase and this department welcomes ideas of each employee. It is a good company if you are in the learning phase of your life.

Only pro was that you'll get to work with a diverse group of people with backgrounds like Btech, Journalism and PHDs and all doing same inferior and crappy work. Either ways They'll also resign or get laid off by the organization and as usual they will continue their practice of mass hiring and misleadment.

Dislikes

Their entire process is misleading. They hire college students for Content writer and AI engineer roles and assign them bot like repetitive tasks with unachievable targets. Be aware as this is not a permanent job, most of their project end within 1 or 2 months. I personally worked here on three different projects and at the end of each one, they fires employees for baseless reasons. You can get terminated at any time. I have witnessed two mass firings where in total around 55 or 60 people were let go without any sensible reason. Also The Female HR is so consistently rude, anytime you approach her for something, she acts like you're asking for her kidney....Read More
