Read the dislikes on other reviews. It's all the same. Upper management, toxic work environment., etc. It seems true across the board. HR does not support you at all, which is not surprising. Very awful work environment that management lets go. Especially if you are a male.

Dislikes

Month-end closings can be quite time-intensive, especially during hard closing periods, which can be stressful. The employee benefits, particularly in terms of medical coverage, could be more competitive. Additionally, the use of an older ERP system like AX can slow down processes. The lack of a leave encashment policy is another area for improvement.

I joined because of the brand & I was told it will be hybrid & 2 days WFH, but it turned out to be totally different later on .It was totally misleading & kept on changing.

Dislikes

1.No concrete policy & keeps on changing according to dept heads. 2. They don’t value the employees only care about business 3. No work ethics's only promoting buttering& personal biasness. Sr. Managements attitude is pretty bad.
