No one is listening any employee problem they are come but not solved problem. Also HR manager and area manager not listen any problem and not promotion for organisation. The behaviour is very bad for employees

I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.

They want their employees should be come on time but when it come to leaving the office there is no such a strict rule are implemented. Manager continuously changes your JD. When any junior did any mistake, manager has only one dialogue ( Replace this person). When we discussed this with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. The employee benefits, particularly in terms of medical coverage, could be more competitive. Additionally, the use of an older ERP system like AX can slow down processes.
