Veda training is olnly one good thing i have experienced in this company.

For first 8 months no work was there, but they create impression that we have given u work but u r unable to do. They just know how to talk when the project came only the experienced employee were used to do major changes and all other are kept for just testing work life balance is nothing here they assume that 11 hr u r available if u go before completing 11 hr they call u and say why u left early today and then call u on weekends. There is very less salary increment almost negligible they are bloody exploiting youth on the promise of good job in core company. I will suggest you if u are from andhra then u can survive here but if u r somewhere from north or dont know telugu u r going to suffer as language creates a great barrier here in meetings also telugu is spoken and they assume that u understand everything whatever is discussed. Please dont join this company especially north people. U can consider CDAC will give far better options than this. 1. If you're from North you will be screwed. 2. Here telegu people gave work only for telegu people, North Indians are ignored. 3. You may be in bench for 6months to 1year, even if you got client it will be worst work, nothing helpful. 4. The best platform to grow as a fresher. A lot of things to learn and grow as a professsionals.Best support and guidance by our director and managers for debugging many issues and to learn many areas.
