It's good, but the one who keeps working will keep on getting more work, and the one who does not work will not get sufficient work, due to which we need to forgo our personal life

Veda training is olnly one good thing i have experienced in this company.

For first 8 months no work was there, but they create impression that we have given u work but u r unable to do. They just know how to talk when the project came only the experienced employee were used to do major changes and all other are kept for just testing work life balance is nothing here they assume that 11 hr u r available if u go before completing 11 hr they call u and say why u left early today and then call u on weekends. There is very less salary increment almost negligible they are bloody exploiting youth on the promise of good job in core company. I will suggest you if u are from andhra then u can survive here but if u r somewhere from north or dont know telugu u r going to suffer as language creates a great barrier here in meetings also telugu is spoken and they assume that u understand everything whatever is discussed. Please dont join this company especially north people. U can consider CDAC will give far better options than this.
