it's nice to work in this field for this firm. good teammates and management. very friendly and ethical.

short time project period and getting pressure from client is horrible..this is aesthetical work need to have time to complete the project. but due to client pressure somewhere management also pressuring..relocation continuously is the headache in this company..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
