This review is based my dept. (Mumbai) Very slow R&D work. If you are planning to join as Research Scientist, think twice because most of the things are outsourced and you'll only doing testing work which doesn't add much your carrier. There is no such thing as HR. For leaves you have fill up forms like early 90s. No upskilling workshop or activities. Poor Project Management skills of seniors. Most of them don't know their field.
