There is nothing to like about this organisation/institute. Each and every person there is of pathetic nature and lack of knowledge and basic etiquettes.

Everything including their 3rd Class staff (esp. Establishment and Accounts staff) and below 3rd Class Scientists. I must say SAMEER (An autonomous institution under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India) has the pathetic Scientist I have ever seen in my life history. This review is based my dept. (Mumbai) Very slow R&D work. If you are planning to join as Research Scientist, think twice because most of the things are outsourced and you'll only doing testing work which doesn't add much your carrier. There is no such thing as HR. For leaves you have fill up forms like early 90s. No upskilling workshop or activities. Poor Project Management skills of seniors. Most of them don't know their field.
