Company as such is very good place to work, but the people (especially who are working for years together) are non cooperative... MD of the company is a gentleman and down to earth person, who understands the problems of least level staff...

There is lot of politics and management supports the same... New joinees doesn't stay for more than 6 months due to such politics done by people working from long time...

Harassment, unsafe for women, miss behave, no leaves, over work load, mental and physical harassment, se*#%& and molestation activities and many more I seriously hate this company and all management include HR team. Injustice for every working employs.

There is pressure up to your nose with out any reason. Don't where they want to take their company, they are adding up Shopper Stop SOP with the ABFRL with Anita Dongre + Soch and making a Throat choking SOP formula for store team.

Dislikes

Don't really think of yourself when you are working with Soch. No work & life balance. Instead you will imbalance your health with your personal space.
