Prices are too high as compared to market.if any questions arises.he will take personal action on concerned site incharge. Not bothering about the hard working people. HR Jitendra will call you from Pune and will trap you in his words, you will join the company after seeing its name but then you will be given real torture Project head Pradeep will make you work on the site for 24 hours. You will be given the post of manager but you will be made to work on the site like a site engineer. You will not be provided any help of machinery etc., you will just have to manage it with your own hands Even if the building has reached 24 floors, you will just have to climb up and go, these people will not install the passenger host and give it to you The machinery will get damaged and if your slab is not cast, these people will abuse your mother and sister. And the truth is that when your confirmation is about to happen, the HR here will go to your ID and enter your resignation and will accept it himself. Instead of joining this company, you can do a better job as a contractor, there salary is delayed but life is peaceful Those who are thinking that Sobha is a big company, my request to them is that your life will be wasted in this company, do not join it even by mistake. And HR is equally dumb to leak every report to the immediate manager and management. The Hiring Process is Normal, By Hr it good, but by the respective team manager ( Account team ) is very bad. That manager is not good behaviour. At last they hold the job & telling as we can gave the salary as 7% hike only, where as existing company needs to pay the 15-20 % Hike. Very bad Experiance

Don't join sobha, they are actually fraud people like vitas. When you are in leave they remove people easily. They are not given my salary and incentives, be careful from sovin this person looks like very gentlemen, but is totally fraud person. Don't buy any sobha project they are just playing quality quality.
