There's nothing to like in this company, Can't believe such companies exists. - They are bankrupt in whole ways since past 2 years they are running under 20 Crores Overdraft from bank on a daily basis & whatever collection comes goes to management fun party. - Delays in salaries every month. - An immature Finance controller dreams to be a CFO but don't know people management. - No process & policies, for every penny expense you have to beg them. - They deduct customer claims from your salaries even in all cases like service failures & damages. - Too much of politics, non-professional management, no netiquettes how to talk to a person on a managerial role, no support given to regional teams from Head office. - They only know to send reminders to managers instead of resolving their internal issues. - Few uneducated people in a team is given who do nothing and if you highlight such issues to higher management they blame you for that. - They need daily collection status in morning so as to pay their truck diesel bills, all the work is put on collections manager head. Day starts with call frm HO to know collection figures based on which they decide to pay truck diesel bills or not. Entire month mgment team sleep after drinking & in last week of month suddenly wakes-up & start blaming regional manager for not performing
