NOTHING TO LIKE IN THE COMPANY.

1) No Professionalism. 2) You will be treated like a bonded Labour. 3) No annual leave policy at all. 4) No benefits - No PF, No Medical etc. 5) Office timings : On paper, it is 10 AM to 6:30 PM but the office leaving time is fugazi. You will never get the opportunity to leave at that time. You will always be assigned some work in the last minute. That is not all, even after this you will have to work at home also after office timings. Your senoirs can call you at any hour of the night. "LABOUR LAWS KI COMPLETELY MAA - BAHAN KAR RAKHI HAI". Secondly, In the International Team, the HOD and his chamcha they both are good for nothing and a very funny game play is going on - On one hand the Management is hiring to boost the International Team so that International Business can grow, on the other hand HOD knows very well that he is completely incompetent in bringing new business so HOD and his Chamcha will start mentally harassing you (newly hired) and very slowly they will push you to that extent that either you will resign your self and go or they will start portraying you incompetent and management will throw you out, because they both need a scapegoat every 3-4 months after to sacrifice and divert the attention of Management. In this way they keep the team under staffed so that Management will not ask too much questions. These two buggers are only buying their time in the Company nothing else....Read More

Toxic work culture,No system,No proper drinking water ,no proper washroom ,only ground floor office is good looking,but store room ,shop floor and top floor are in pathetic condition,There is no respect for employees( no tea) ,graduate also doing manual work like helper .No responsibility assigned.Politics is on high level ,there isblame game between marketing and other department as a result job security is terrible here. You will be added on WhatsApp groups ,md expecting to be all things what you do in daily basis should be shared ,there is lot of blame game going on between palwal team ,okhla team , panchsheel team and vendors,All things need to be reported in WhatsApp group ,if you miss there will question on job security,md needs proof on each everything. Many graduate and workers also work on Sunday also,as a result many employees including staff facing serious mental and physical health problems,Staff keep on changing , continuously interview are conducted,after two month there is chances you will loose a job or salary deducted.come at your own risk....Read More
