People from your band are welcoming and helpful but whole crowd left due to low increments and politics

Salary below market standards, didn't even get 10% hike in 2 years, infact they will recover every possible penny from the employee in any possible way, politics is way high compared to how small the company is, doesn't value employees work, management is more keen in your personal life and on resignation all your reputation built here in that span is crushed in such a way that you start doubting yourself.
