Nothing to like here culture is very toxic even cook can we project manager by his buttering ability.

Dislikes

This is worst kind of employer for Top tier college graduates I recommend Top tier college graduates never misguided by HR to show Japanese MNC. Japanese have overall control some indian have limited control but they show like they are owner of this SMCC.I recommend to Top engineer graduate please pursue for masters if you don't have job if you have smcc offer please don't accept it at all.

Dislikes

Lot of work and pressure is more..some times very pathetic. No body support you in your work. You need to do task before time. Lot of written paper work in the 5g world. I think company need to adopt advance software systems to reduce paper work and get their employee relief and save paper.
