If talking about dislikes, SMCC is not for skilled, talented Engineers, You have to execute what your 10th pass out boss or any boss whose previous experience in SMCC was as a Cook. Nothing new to learn, All industrial projects, they dont want to explore commercial projects or infra projects. Infact they are not capable of doing something else than Auto Inustry projects. Etc. Initially, I thought industrial projects would be basic structures with only sheeting and PEB frames, but this project proved me wrong, we used imported materials from Japan for the interior works, and here we used precast columns giving the final output the quality of the project like IT Park. The company provided outstanding support to employees ensuring our welfare by offering accommodation, transport, and even a cook, which was a unique experience for me.
