Mediocrity at its peak They are not able to even create what already existed 5-6 years back with competition. CTO and team from Byjus just flatter directors and life goes on. No innovation, no empathy for product and tech, no salary hikes/appraisals because they don’t deliver anything. People here enjoy to make work difficult for others across team and gossip about failures of others. The list can go on and on as spending 8-9 hours a day over here were equivalent to being in hell....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
