Great learning opportunities. We get to build things from scratch in a stable organisation that has huge customer base. This leads to gratification for the work that one does. This along with emphasis on ownership and the fact that finance is one of the most competitive sector in india, gives an great mix of challenges and opportunities. Would certainly recommend to hard core engineers.

Have moved from Angel-One. Joined as Senior Software Engineer. Interesting product from CPTO side. His vision regarding the product growth is quite interesting. Working closely with him. Great personality, awesome leadership skills. Best thing - he knows how to manage his time so that he can spare few minutes with you to discuss regarding your projects.

Getting the ownership here which is hard to get in any other organization. The single punch policy definitely helped me to maintain a work-life balance. Can walk to our leaders (Reporting manager to CTO) anytime to have a discussion. Easy to approach policy is one of the best policies in this organization. Salary is decent as compared to Broking/Trading domain companies based in NCR

Very bed work culture in smc finance. Spoil carrier, hold salary, bond sign, they torcher to employees, I left smc finance April 2024 they hold my fnf reliving, I resigned then I left smc finance but they ask me to submit 5 lac rupess for recovery. Never join

Mediocrity at its peak They are not able to even create what already existed 5-6 years back with competition. CTO and team from Byjus just flatter directors and life goes on. No innovation, no empathy for product and tech, no salary hikes/appraisals because they don’t deliver anything. People here enjoy to make work difficult for others across team and gossip about failures of others. Your appraisal is not decided by your manager, for who you do all the work. It's decided by other team leads, CTO and directors don't necessarily know what you are doing. Your reporting is to your manager who assigns you all the task so who are other to decide your appraisal? all the credits for our effort goes to manager.
