There is alternative Saturday working. Timings are flexible. Salary they offered is almost ok. Job Security is good.

Now a days the trends for fairly promotions might be good but it works effectively when your known employee or boss already working in the org. If you coming here thru consultation firm or something other way except reference then don't assume you will get faily promotions.
