mangement is not good, they ask to do lot of work apart from your job work,no extra benefits are there, no extra money for extra work huge variable include quaterly and yearly basis lots of deduction in inhand salary No value for experience employee They have not set any standard for emplyee

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
