It is a worst and bad company, please do not join this company and spoil your future like mental stress , depression. Mainly the managaement , director and hr . My friend also work in smart he also currently resigned the job beacuse of rude behaviour of Smart management , md, hr

Actually i have placed for smart as hr recruiter . But they did not give me that role , they are posting me to operations team. I have no interested in operations. MD , management , HR is full of waste behaviour and rude attitude.

Worst ever management I had seen in my past 4 years. Simply Inhumans. They wont give you salary properly even before Covid time. If they cant give you salary they will blame you in some other aspects. They will offer you good salary package. But it will not be credited in your account. No bonus, no medical insurances, no pf.

There is Lot of politics and management person doesnt address our issues and she will create an new issue and they will kick you off. Day today they will frame new rules and regulations. And they will make you to get frustrated.

Centralized decision making never listening to people with relevant industry experience which leads to miscalculations. Non-revenue generating divisions are treated poorly and management not willing to understand the intangible contribution of these divisions.

Achievements were not recognized. Rding against tide. you should forget your own working style and try to align with company style though it always not be the right ones. It was rather like what the company needs but not not what the industry requires.
