I'm working with SMART for nearly 5 years now. Not even a single time my salary was delayed. Every month on 10th sharp the company with credit the amount. SMART always follows a professional and systematic process. Proper training and work flow structure is explained to us clearly. I really appreciate the efforts the officials take each time to analyse the appraisal performance and give us the benefits accordingly. I have learnt a lot from SMART which has given me this growth. I'm very happy to be a part of SMART Family 😊

...e is no proper training i .e if we apply for one role they giving another role . They did not provide proper salary if we ask them salary they saying unwanted replies like they did not tell that particular information but they replied that already we told to u . Such a poor company also they selecting some employees who can't able to guide others and repeating same error in works. They are very correct and genuine for their work but they did not provide any benefits to employees (if we came late we should go to home lately). Also they said that working hours are 9 to 6 but they keep us to sit more than 2 hrs even if we come early.

Working nature is good and the management is loyal to all the employees. Past 5 years I am getting salary on time with proper increment.

Past 5 years everything is fine except corona period because corona period we are not getting increment.

... time. If they cant give you salary they will blame you in some other aspects. They will offer you good salary package. But it will not be credited in your account. No bonus, no medical insurances, no pf.

There is Lot of politics and management person doesnt address our issues and she will create an new issue and they will kick you off. Day today they will frame new rules and regulations. And they will make you to get frustrated.

You get to travel to places, meet enthusiastic youngsters, a good place to start if you want a career in education.

No proper salary. No flexibility. Toxic work culture. Gossip mongers are worshipped here. Better be one or a good liar, you will survive.
