Since i wanted to have an experience with an international brand - Decor which Smart living retail happens to be the Sole marketing company for the domestic markets.

Dislikes

Most of the people working with Smart living retail pvt ltd, do not belong to a similar kind of trade with similar category, and based on which non of us knew so as to take this forward, and all the sales and marketing team were unaware about the fact on their way forward.

Work Details

Since i have a very little work experience with smart living retail as i had joined in the month of July.2019, but since i had been leading a team of 4 members in 04 states in the eastern country e.g. Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and UP.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
