The target industry is very niche. Their vision and mission statement is powerful which is also inline with all technology and industry mega trends. Also some strategic top industry leaders hired across globe which might help you if you interact with them

Dislikes

It's a startup environment with lot of chaos across departments and overlap of roles. This in turn causes a consistent daily struggle of working with clarity, focus and a personal goal. Also, it is not a conducive environment for environment for collaboration especially when all are in a constant sense of insecurity. The only thing i like about company is that they are using latest technology but the poor managent and poor policies is swiping even that quality away from them. TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK

The work pressure is very high..no definite working hours..you have to work in all time zones that too together. Very poorly managed organization and the deciaion makers are dull. No job security because they don't value their employeee...very high chances that u got recognition a week before and u get fired next week. Work wise opportunities are good for freshers it's a must go organisation.

Dislikes

Management is not mature, sometimes you will feel few college going students running organisation. They do not have any HRMS everything is controlled by Managers and then CEO. HRs doesn't know anything. Too much Favouritism!! Layoffs also happens sometime. And the worst is they care about their work only not at all about you and your family and priorities.
