Everything, the HR persons will try to pretend as if they want good for you , but they set a trap for employees. Small company with small mindset. Job security is not there , they can fire anyone anytime , the terms & condition mentioned in offer letter are subject to change as per organisation, so be careful. Don't get flatter withwork from home , they provide work from home so that they can find an excuse to torture any resources. Job security is a small concern. There has be 3 phases of WFR during my 1 yr 8 months with the company. As long as the employee is able to prove the worth to the org, this shouldn't be too much of a concern.
