There is no sunday monday in S.M Auto Parts. They are going to take your Month last sunday 100%. They open office even on Diwali, 26 Jan or even 15 Aug also. During every month end they hold you till mid night. Work culture, Mohit and Amit Jain will increase your target once you achieve again and again multiple times within the month, you have zero job security they can fire you anytime, even they don't provide experience certificate also.
