The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base

Dislikes

Compensation is low and work pressure is high. Managers donot value individual strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions and their is no training for freshers and they let them to do their jobs on their own.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

However it is very good to make production in varieties of steel grades and I am highly impressed with horticulture department that had grown the trees like forest which is exactly quoted as green steel.
