Dislikes

Compensation is low and work pressure is high. Managers donot value individual strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions and their is no training for freshers and they let them to do their jobs on their own.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. However it is very good to make production in varieties of steel grades and I am highly impressed with horticulture department that had grown the trees like forest which is exactly quoted as green steel.
