It's worst working in slice.Their is no proper worklife balance.I worked in collections it is like hell.If you join it will ruin your life.Their are many internal complaints that employee raise but non of them takes care of it.If you join slice better you should devote your Saturday Sunday as well,because they gonna ask you to work 365days in name of OT that is hardly 200-300bucks.Then after if you chose to take rest atleast 1 day in a week then you have to face hr and mangers cross questions that why you didn't came on Sundays or government holidays.Hope those who are surviving inside still will get some changes and can live their life peacefully....Read More
