The culture is incredibly toxic, especially after RBI stopped the card product. While leading a team that liaised with the Risk team, we found ourselves unfairly targeted, with blame for any issues being placed squarely on the analysts working with me. Despite our efforts, the Risk team often shirked responsibility and dumped unpleasant tasks on us, while failing to acknowledge our successes. Escalating these issues to our skip-level manager proved fruitless, as he lacked the courage to address any concerns with his peers. Instead he unjustly blamed our team for all problems, even though data engineers and scientists under his supervision faced the same challenges with the same individuals.
