Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Terrible management, only the people who knows flattery can survive in this company! Have no proper system of anything, be it providing offer letter to employees or making late arrival policy. Huge politics. Some girls working there sleeps with boss to get more salary and promotions. Pathetic company!!
