There was nothing to like about this company. I persisted because I had no other option.

Dislikes

The company employs unprofessional employees, deadlines are quite steep, and the management is not qualified enough to handle resources. No employment bonus, they are even bad with their own promises. After claiming 3 months of probation, they unilaterally extended it for another 3 months. No maternity benefits to pregnant employees. A cumbersome bound of working with the organisation for 1.5 years claiming that they invest on training resources and would not benefit if the employees leave early.
