I feel very happy working at Skroman. The culture is very positive and transperent and everyone is one to new ideas and suggestions. There are lot of opportunities for growth at Skroman. Management is very supportive , I have grown 5 times in 3 years. Team at Skroman generally enjoyenjoy a lot of autonomy and freedom to choose what they want to work on.

I dont like anything about these company.

Dislikes

No job security, No proper product description given so that there will be a proper sale. No demo room and customer numbers. Everything is fake here. Very lie company. Salary is decent but for that also they cried a lot and didnt gave it completely.
