It's a fraud company they play with your career at the time of joining they told me its a permanent position but after joining they aligned me with client and before one month of the ending of client project they told me that project will be ended and you can also search a new job as they were not having any other projects that match with my skills set as I am a java developer instead they were telling me they didn't have another project and they also told me that after completion of project also we can keep you on bench but when time comes they didn't even keep me a single day on bench...Read More

Had the worst appraisal. During recruitment, they promised a minimum 10% hike in 6 months since I wasn’t satisfied with the initial offer. After 6 months, the senior HR claimed there was a communication error and said they don’t offer hikes at that time but would handle it in the yearly cycle. I ended up getting just a 5% raise.
