I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Had the worst appraisal. During recruitment, they promised a minimum 10% hike in 6 months since I wasn’t satisfied with the initial offer. After 6 months, the senior HR claimed there was a communication error and said they don’t offer hikes at that time but would handle it in the yearly cycle. I ended up getting just a 5% raise.
