It is a very terrible company my experience was very bad in last, 7 months. No salary on time. No overtime money, Harresment and mentally stress

So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
