SKF groomes it's employees through good amount of training. That's the only good part of this organisation

Dislikes

Continuous organisation change causing lot of anxiety and job insecurity and in this process customers suffer. High amount of lobbying required to sustain and grow in this organisation

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
