Nothing to like as this is a fake company who ask employees to work without salary. And if you ask for salary they terminate you or stop giving you work.

Dislikes

The management adds fake comments on ambition box. So please dont go by good reviews if any because they are fake and the management is pathetic they dont give salary and if you ask for it they say you have not wotked. They will keep saying that they are getting funds in next 15 days and the will give salary in another 30 days. This is how they will fool you to work for free for few months.

My experience was pathetic here. Joined in November 2020 - left 13th February night 2021(work from home(Delhi), never visited their office, registered office at Bihar). At the time of joining they didn't disclose the financial condition of company. They don't give you salary on time . They Gave me salary of November 2020 on 11th ofFebruary 2021 after making a lot of requests. Yet they haven't given me salary of December, January and February (till yesterday) . When you will force them to release the salary they give you false hope, will do arguments, then terminates you and at last they do suspend your email ID, so that you can't further communicate with them and ask for salary. Apart from me other employees are also facing the same issues. The best thing about working with Skarn Robotics is the higher management that always take care of you during these tough times. The work pressure is very less as compared to my previous organization and also the communications between different teams is very smooth. Flexible work timing as long as you complete your daily assigned task.
