If i don't know anything about this company, then what should i write i have no favorite words for this company.

Dislikes

There is no growth in this company nor is there any appreciations from seniors, they are also paid in less salary, these people have as many sites as they have its too poor sites mostly ameriprise financial pvt ltd this site is very poor bad environment in the company.

Work Details

Its provide housekeeping and technical services It is its job to provide services in corporate companies and to provide manpower that's all i came to know about the company.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Apart of this company, i already have the 3 or 4 companies experience but the experience which i have taken from this company is really a brilliant. The working environment in this company is mind blowing. The staff of this company is helpful, sportive and work with positive mind. There is lots of learning and carrier growing opportunities. as compare to other companies,the salary package is also appreciated and after joining in this company i really fill that i have a secure job....Read More

Dislikes

Sometime there is such a high work load that disturb the wok-life balance. The facility which is provided to employees by the company need to be increase.

Work Details

i have look entire technical team, PPM of equipment, clients complaint, Complaisance, dealing with clients as well as venders, venders bill processing for their payments and maintaining all records related to audit point of view.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
