I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me

It's a good school. Management is very good. Work freedom is there. Students and parents are very good.

Dislikes

Management listens to chaprasis and his relatives and have no confidence on Principal. Though he makes through cheque payment to the suppliers, he suspects Principal may have his commission. Though the Principal has no role. No good Principal with self-esteem will not work.

Work Details

Your work will not be appreciated. On the other hand how much commission Principal is getting out of the work done. Not a good place to work.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
