Unprofessional management, office politics at peak, management is not supportive to staff, HR is just a representative no authority. In a nutshell is you stuck in office politics then better to change job than raising your concerns as it will create more worse environment for you. Client base is not good, that lead to job security issue.

Fantastic organization. When everyone is cutting salaries Assimilate is giving appraisals to the employees.

Assimilate is really nice company but they should have more clients so that employees can switch the project easily

Working culture is average and innovation is average

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have take back my suggestions most of the times.
