My association with Sitel happened while I was looking for a job and my manager, Jyotsna, hired me despite a gap in my work experience. Being a trainer for the first time, I had a lot to learn and if it wasn't for my manager's patience and willingness to allow me to learn from my mistakes, I wouldn't have made it this far. My hard work was recognized by my manager consistently which kept me motivated at all times. And I can't forget my superior, Vijay P (same designation as mine but more tenured) who mentored me without any motive. I experienced the company's culture when Chennai was hit by flood at the end of 2015. Sitel supported its employees by providing them free food and accommodation for a week, followed by INR 9K to every person (permanent or contractual) part of the organisation. My time in Sitel was quite satisfying and had ample of learning/grooming. I believe I am all praises for the management and company because of 2 reasons: - I had an immense desire to learn - My emotions depended only on whether or not I was able to complete the tasks assigned to me. It was the first time I experienced "Flexible Component" in a CTC and paid out every quarter, which was a heart breaker.

Being a trainer my job required me to: -Conduct new hire training -Impart and cascade process/product updates -TNI & TNA, followed by refresher training -Conduct interviews, occasionally

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
