While I appreciate the opportunities I've had at Sitaram Ayurveda Pvt Ltd, there are a few areas that I wish were different. One area is compensation - I feel that the salary is lower compared to industry standards, which can be challenging. Additionally, I wish there were more opportunities for professional development and training.

There are only few companies in Thrissur Dist of Kerala, in that case this company helps ppl around Thrissur to earn a job to live.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
