1. Retention Bonus for Employee who has no idea of resignation. Amount to be returned if resigned within 1 year 2. Policies are PowerPoint PPT's. Everyday one new policy 3. Mobile Bill and Insurance are part of CTC. 4. Salary structure is very poor. Fixed is 35-45% of total CTC. rest is flexible 5. Performance Bonus is part of CTC 6. Broadband allowance is part of CTC 7. Lot of Internal Politics. Alphas gets extra perks for keeping the mouths of the team members Shut. 8. Absolute "0" Zero benefits for Covid. No perks for Furniture, No perk for internet router, No support for hospitalization. 2500rs allowance given for Vaccination, however the vaccination drive was conducted in office and they charged 1500 for each vaccine....Read More

Dislikes

Politics and poor management. Salary is decent for freshers but for experience guys it's low. Bond of 2 years and lot of abusive words and wrong behaviour.

Dislikes

Only thing is, they don't have proper plan to train the candidates, they do expect results at initial stage itself, work life balance was not there, it's very hard to do creative work if they don't provide suitable Breaks.
